  • Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 3.2 oz
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Strawberry - 3.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 446°F.

Step 2

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Step 3

Combine the ricotta, oil, milk, and egg yolk.

Step 4

Finely chop the strawberries. Whip the egg white.

Step 5

Gently fold everything together.

Step 6

Spoon the batter into the molds up to the edges.

Step 7

Bake for 11–14 minutes until golden brown.
