Description
You can use any vegetables and herbs of your choice as additions to the mixture. Similarly, the type of bread can be to your liking. If you don't have parchment paper on hand, you can place the ciabatta directly on a bare baking sheet, NOT greased with oil (otherwise, the pizzas will turn out very greasy).
Ingredients
- Ciabatta - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Bacon - 5.3 oz
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Scallions - ½ bunch
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the bell pepper and bacon, and mix them in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Grate the cheese (any kind of your choice) on a medium grater or cut it into thin slices.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 4
Combine all the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Crack 3 eggs into the mixture and mix well until the eggs are fully incorporated.
Step 6
Add the sour cream and mix again thoroughly.
Step 7
Slice the ciabatta into pieces about 1–1.5 cm thick and place them on a baking sheet (on parchment paper).
Step 8
Spread the prepared mixture evenly over each piece of bread, dividing it equally among all pieces.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 200–428°F for 10–15 minutes, until the eggs are fully cooked and a golden cheese crust forms.
