- Phyllo Dough - 4.2 oz
- Pears - 1 piece
- Crabapples - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 0.7 oz
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. In a dry skillet, toast the nuts for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a separate plate. In the same skillet, melt half (about 1 tablespoon) of the butter and pour it out.
Step 2
Peel the apples and pear, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes. Sauté with the remaining butter and sugar for about 5–7 minutes, remove from heat, add the breadcrumbs, honey, and nuts, and mix.
Step 3
Lay out the phyllo sheets, place 2–3 tablespoons of filling on each, roll them up, tucking in the ends. Brush the prepared rolls with melted butter.
Step 4
Bake for about 10 minutes. Brush with butter again while hot.
