Mini Tarts with Prunes
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Water - 6 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 2.3 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Prunes - 7.9 oz
- Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the prunes in liqueur overnight.
Step 2
Mix the flour with cold butter and chop into coarse crumbs.
Step 3
Pour in the ice-cold water and knead the dough.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 5
Roll out to a thickness of 3–5 mm.
Step 6
Cut out circles and place them in tart molds, stretching them up the sides.
Step 7
Place parchment paper on the dough with dry beans and bake at 392°F for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the weights and bake for another 7–8 minutes.
Step 9
Mix the strained cottage cheese with sugar, eggs, yolk, and vanilla sugar.
Step 10
Fill the baked tarts with prunes and pour the cottage cheese mixture over them.
Step 11
Bake for 35 minutes at 356°F.
