Ingredients
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Large eggs - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mint-Filled Chocolate Candies - 5.3 oz
- Cream 22% - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix softened butter with powdered sugar.
Step 10
Melt the remaining 50 grams of chocolate with the cream, stir. Glaze the muffins with the mixture.
Step 2
Add one large egg (or 2 medium), and beat lightly with a mixer.
Step 3
Melt 50 grams of chocolate in a water bath, add to the butter-egg mixture, and mix.
Step 4
Combine cocoa, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, then add to the batter. Mix well.
Step 5
Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full.
Step 6
Chop 50 grams of chocolate into small pieces and press them into the batter on top.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Step 8
For an air fryer — 180 degrees, medium speed, no more than 15 minutes.
Step 9
Let the muffins cool for five minutes in the cups, then remove them.
