Minute Cake in a Skillet
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - 25 fl oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1½ cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the cake batter by mixing all the ingredients (flour, condensed milk, egg, baking soda).
Step 2
Divide the batter into 8 pieces.
Step 3
Roll out one piece into a circle larger than the skillet and place it on the preheated skillet.
Step 4
After a minute, flip it over (the layers cook very quickly).
Step 5
Trim the removed layer (the trimmings will be used for topping the cake).
Step 6
Prepare the cream. Mix all the components except for the butter and heat until thickened, stirring vigorously.
Step 7
At the end, add the butter to the hot cream. (This is optional; I always make it without.)
Step 8
Spread warm cream on the layers, and sprinkle the top and sides with crushed crumbs.
Step 9
Leave the cake for a few hours to soak.
Step 10
You can also layer it with bananas, nuts, or add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the cream - however you like!
