- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3.2 oz
- Brown Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Ground Coffee - 0.5 oz
- Instant coffee - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift 180 grams of sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
Add 30 grams of cocoa, vanilla essence, and milk to the softened butter. Mix in the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish.
Step 4
Combine brown sugar, 60 grams of cocoa, and 125 grams of sugar. Brew strong coffee and add the instant coffee to it.
Step 5
Pour the syrup over the chocolate mixture and bake at 356°F for 1 hour. Serve warm with cream.
