- Bananas - 3.5 oz
- Kefir - 5 fl oz
- Buckwheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Flax seeds - 0.4 oz
- Boiling water - 1 fl oz
- Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the flax seeds. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Puree the banana. Add kefir. Mix well.
Step 3
Strain the flax liquid into the banana and kefir mixture. Mix well.
Step 4
Sift the buckwheat flour over the mixture. Mix well.
Step 5
Add baking soda. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour the prepared batter into a mold. Bake with convection at 356°F for 20 minutes.
