Description
You need to boil sweetened condensed milk in a sealed can, fully submerged in water, for 2–3 hours. The can must be constantly covered with water, so add more water as it evaporates.

- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Cherry - to taste
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Butter - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Cocoa Powder - 6 teaspoons
- Milk - 8 teaspoons
- Cookie - to taste
- Nuts - to taste
- Chocolate - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flour onto the countertop and chop it together with the margarine. Gradually add the sour cream. Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 15 equal parts. Roll each part into an oval shape, pricking it in several places with a fork to prevent puffing in the oven. Arrange the berries in a line on the dough and roll them into tubes, sealing the edges. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
Step 3
For the cream, mix sweetened condensed milk and 300 grams of softened butter.
Step 4
Arrange the cooled tubes on a serving plate in rows of 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, stacking them on top of each other. Generously spread cream over each row. Pour the remaining cream on top.
Step 5
You can sprinkle the cake with crushed cookies, chopped nuts, or grated chocolate. You can also decorate the top of the cake with icing made from 100 grams of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 6 teaspoons of cocoa powder, and 8 teaspoons of milk.
