Ingredients
- Butter - 3.2 oz
- Yubileynoye Cookies - 7.4 oz
- Condensed Milk - 5.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies in a blender until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Beat the room temperature butter with the condensed milk until creamy.
Step 3
Mix the cream with the crushed cookies.
Step 4
Combine 2/3 of the resulting mixture with cocoa. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a mold.
Step 5
Layer the remaining 1/3 of the mixture on top.
Step 6
Warm the walnuts in the oven at 392°F for 3-4 minutes, remove the skins, and grind them into a coarse crumb to sprinkle on top of the 'cake'.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Step 8
Cut the set 'cake' into small pastries.
