Ingredients
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Fresh Berries - 1 cup
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts - 0.7 oz
- Oat flakes - 1 cup
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Cinnamon - ⅓ teaspoon
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Take a baking dish (I use one that measures 25x15 cm) where we will bake the pie. Line the bottom and sides with foil (if you have a ceramic dish, just grease it with a little oil — foil is not necessary).
Step 2
Slice the bananas into rings and place them in the prepared dish. Add half of the blueberries, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of honey, then cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes, until the bananas are soft.
Step 3
Then, in a bowl, mix the oat flakes, half of the walnuts, baking powder, and the remaining cinnamon, and stir everything together. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining honey, milk, egg, and vanillin.
Step 4
Remove the bananas with blueberries from the oven and sprinkle with the oat mixture. Then evenly pour the milk mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining blueberries and walnuts.
Step 5
Bake the pie for about 30 minutes, or until a golden-brown crust forms on top. For decoration, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
