Description

You can certainly use any filling. I sprinkle ground paprika on top for color. For myself, I make the pizza lower in calories by omitting the salami and using 17% fat reduced cheese — it's also conveniently sliced into circles. The result is a very thin crust, essentially an Armenian lavash. The temperature is approximate — keep in mind the specifics of your oven! The photos were taken by me, so you can see the result :) Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1 glass
  • Water - 0,4 glasses
  • Salt - ½ spoons
  • Kefir - 3 spoons
  • Baking Powder - a pinch
  • Spicy salami - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Rosemary - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the kefir and half of the warm water, mix well, then add the remaining water and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and let it rest.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 3

Crush the tomato with a masher into a paste, then add tomato paste, salt, sugar, and any spices you like (you can substitute the sugar with a tablespoon of ketchup).

Step 4

Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, lay it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes to set. Meanwhile, grate the cheese and slice the salami into thin rounds.

Step 5

Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with oregano, add the salami, and top with cheese. Then pour the eggs on top. You can either beat the eggs in separate bowls beforehand or crack them one by one into a bowl and carefully pour them onto the pizza, ensuring the yolk doesn't break.

Step 6

Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges of the pizza are golden brown.
