- Mars Bar - 7.1 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces

Pour the pieces of chocolate bars with half of the cream. Melt in a water bath, stirring constantly. When the chocolate is completely melted, whisk until smooth. Let it cool.
Step 2
Add the second half of the cream and the egg yolks to the mixture, and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites into a stiff foam. Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Pour the mousse into glasses and place them in the freezer overnight.
Step 5
Before serving, let the mousse sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to slightly thaw.
