Description
If desired, pour boiling water over the muesli (you can add honey) and either cook for about 5 minutes or wait until everything is soaked. You can also pour milk over it — hot or cold (it's better to pour cold milk in the evening and have it in the morning), or you can soak it in kefir overnight.

- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 0.7 oz
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.7 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.7 oz
- Dried Turkey - 3.5 oz
- Nuts - 1.4 oz
- Graham Crackers - 3.5 oz
- Ground Oats - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the oats and corn flakes, and mix them together.
Step 2
Next, add dried fruits (chopped finely), nuts (any kind, you can chop them too), and seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin) to taste.
Step 3
You should have about 1 part flakes and 1 part everything else.
Step 4
Mix it all together — and it's ready to serve!
