Description
Instead of butter, you can use margarine, and instead of sour cream, you can use kefir.

- Sugar - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 6.7 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until a white mixture forms. Add melted butter, sour cream, and baking soda reacted with vinegar. Whisk well, gradually adding the flour.
Step 2
Grease small molds with vegetable oil, pour in the batter without filling them completely, add a little bit of raisins to each, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven on low heat for about 20 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool, then dust them with powdered sugar.
