Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Kefir - 5 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - to taste
- Candied fruits - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar, add eggs, kefir, and flour with baking powder.
Step 2
Then add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Fold in the candied fruits.
Step 4
Divide into muffin molds and bake for 25 minutes at 356°F.
