This recipe is designed for 24 portion-sized muffins.
Ingredients
- Kefir - 16 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable Oil - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 16.9 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder - 2.1 oz
- Bananas - 6 pieces
- Chocolate - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar until thick and frothy.
Step 2
Add flour, vanillin, salt, baking powder, and sunflower oil to the mixture. Whisk until thick and frothy.
Step 3
Slice the bananas into rounds.
Step 4
Chop the chocolate bars (approximately 1x1 cm).
Step 5
Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil. Place them on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Put 1-2 tablespoons of batter in each mold (enough to cover the bottom).
Step 7
Place a slice of banana and crushed chocolate in the center of the batter.
Step 8
Pour more batter on top (leaving about 3 mm to the top of the mold).
Step 9
As an option, you can make some muffins chocolate-flavored by adding cocoa to the batter. You can also make the first layer with white batter and the top layer with chocolate batter. It's all up to your taste.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-45 minutes.

Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
