- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - ½ cans
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, and mix well. Add the baking powder to the flour and stir. Gradually add the flour to the meat and egg mixture, mixing well. The dough should be the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 2
For each cupcake, divide the batter into two portions: place the first portion at the bottom, then add a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk, and top it with the second portion of the batter. Fill the cupcake mold this way. Bake at a temperature of 180–392°F until done. It took me 20 minutes for each batch.
