- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Grapefruits - 10.6 oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the chocolate into large pieces. Melt the butter. Mix together the eggs, sugar, butter, and sour cream. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Knead the dough, adding the chopped chocolate last.
Step 2
Wash the grapes. Place 3-4 grapes in each muffin cup, leaving 12 grapes aside. Evenly distribute the dough over the grapes in the cups.
Step 3
Place the remaining 12 grapes in the center of each future muffin, gently pressing them into the dough.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20-25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
