Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 27 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Butter - 4.9 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix flour, milk, sugar, salt, and a tablespoon of melted butter or vegetable oil.
Step 2
Beat the egg and, while stirring, add it to the batter.
Step 3
Blend everything with an immersion blender until there are no lumps.
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grease it with a piece of butter, pour in a few tablespoons of batter, and tilt the skillet in different directions to evenly spread the batter across the surface.
Step 5
Cook the pancake on both sides for 30–40 seconds each.
Step 6
Transfer the finished pancake to a plate and spread butter on it.
Step 7
Prepare all the pancakes in this way.
Step 8
Make the filling. Chop the mushrooms and onion into small cubes. Chop the parsley and mix everything together.
Step 9
Sauté the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 10
Place the filling in the center of each pancake and fold the pancake into an envelope.
Step 11
Put the filled pancakes in the skillet and lightly fry them in butter.
Step 12
Serve the pancakes on a plate and add sour cream.
Step 13
