Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - 28.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salted honey mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 2.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Boiled White Round Rice - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the yeast dough.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard. Cool them down.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Rinse the mushrooms in cold water and chop finely, add the peeled, washed, and finely chopped onion.
Step 4
Put everything in a pan heated with oil and sauté for 10–12 minutes.
Step 5
Add sour cream, rice, and chopped eggs, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
From the risen dough, roll a ball, then flatten it into a round cake, and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
Step 7
Brush the dough with vegetable oil and spread the filling evenly on top.
Step 8
Let the pie rise for 10–15 minutes, then place it in a preheated oven at 180–392°F and bake for 30–35 minutes.
