Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pizza Flour - 15.9 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms - 12.7 oz
- Tomato Puree - 4 tablespoons
- Taleggio cheese - 5.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a baking sheet with oil.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm, transfer it to the baking sheet, cover with a towel, and place in a warm spot.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped onion until soft.
Step 4
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 5
Spread the tomato puree on the dough, leaving the edges, then layer the potatoes on top to completely cover the puree. Next, add the mushrooms, followed by slices of cheese. Generously sprinkle with pepper on top.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Sprinkle with thyme and serve warm.
