Mushroom Sandwich
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1 piece
- Onion - 0.4 oz
- Whole Grain Bun - 1 slice
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Step 2
Toast the bread in a skillet greased with a small amount of oil for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped onion and mushrooms to the hot skillet with a drop of oil.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
After 2 minutes, add it to the mushrooms and onion. Stir.
Step 6
Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid.
Step 7
Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread.
Step 8
Season with black pepper.
Step 9
After 3 minutes, add salt and remove from heat.
Step 10
Place the sautéed mushrooms on top of the mayonnaise.
Step 11
Garnish with a sprig of herbs and serve.
