Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Nectarines - 2 pieces
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Almond - 0.1 teaspoons
- Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the nectarines into thin wedges.
Step 2
Beat the butter and ¾ cup of sugar with a mixer on high speed. While continuing to beat, add 2 eggs one at a time.
Step 3
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the mixture to the egg-butter mixture and mix on low speed.
Step 4
Place the dough in a baking dish (preferably a 'miracle' dish). Arrange the nectarine slices on top of the dough.
Step 5
Combine half a cup of sugar with nutmeg and sprinkle this mixture over the nectarines.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 374°F.
Step 7
Let the finished pie cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Serve warm. Accompany with whipped cream or ice cream.
