- Red Grape Juice - 25 fl oz
- Frozen Raspberries - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Nectarines - 6 pieces
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - to taste

Step 1
In a large saucepan, pour in the wine and add the raspberries, sugar, and vanilla pod. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 25 minutes. Strain and cool.
Step 2
Slice the nectarines into thin rounds and arrange them on 6 plates. Drizzle with the sauce, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
