Description
If using honey, then 350 g and the amount of milk is reduced by half.

- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Quickly knead a stiff dough from flour, sugar (or honey), eggs, butter, milk, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Divide it into balls weighing 25-30 g each.
Step 3
In the center of each, use a rolling pin to make indentations (nests).
Step 4
Then bake on a lightly greased baking sheet in the oven.
Step 5
After that, place the nests in a pot, pour sour cream over them, and put them in the oven for a few minutes to soften.
Step 6
Then place them back on the baking sheet and dry in the oven until a golden crust forms.
