Ingredients
- Self-rising flour - 7.1 oz
- Raw cane sugar - 3.5 oz
- Safflower Oil - 10 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Large eggs - 1 piece
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1 tablespoon
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.8 oz
- White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Take a muffin tin and place a paper muffin liner in each cup.
Step 2
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg, milk, and sunflower oil.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the flour with the sugar. Make a well in the center and carefully pour in the egg mixture. Gently mix and divide the batter into two bowls.
Step 4
In one bowl, add the chopped dark chocolate and raisins, and in the other, add the chopped white chocolate and cranberries. Gently mix.
Step 5
Distribute both mixtures into the muffin cups and bake for about 25 minutes until done.
