- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Peeled chestnuts - 3 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat.
Step 2
Transfer the egg whites to a microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for a few minutes until the meringues are ready.
Step 3
Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then add the honey and yogurt.
Step 4
Serve by placing the cream on top of the meringues, then sprinkle with nuts and finely chopped chestnuts.
