Description
You can use spices and berries to your taste. Dried cranberries are great because they don't add excess moisture and still give juiciness to the finished muffins. You can replace the cognac with an equal amount of yogurt, juice, or whatever you come up with. Additionally, to enhance the aromas, you can add orange zest to the batter. The specified batter yields about 9 muffins. Once cooled, decorate the finished muffins with powdered sugar and cranberries. The muffins turn out incredibly fragrant, tender, and juicy! Enjoy your meal!

In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice, cognac, and spices.
Step 3
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar until the sugar dissolves and a fluffy mass forms (the mixture should increase in volume by about 2–2.5 times).

Add the yogurt, the cognac-juice mixture, and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, and beat until smooth.
Step 5
In two stages, add the flour, quickly mixing until homogeneous, then fold in the cranberries.
