No-Bake Banana Gingerbread Pie
Ingredients
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 17.6 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Walnuts - 5.3 oz
- Strawberry - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the gingerbread cookies in half lengthwise and slice the bananas into rounds.
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar.
Step 3
Chop the walnuts (not too finely).
Step 4
Line a dish (preferably glass) with plastic wrap, letting the edges hang over.
Step 5
Dip the slices of gingerbread into the sour cream and layer them at the bottom of the bowl, filling gaps with broken pieces of gingerbread.
Step 6
Next, layer the bananas and sprinkle with walnuts. Then add another layer of gingerbread, bananas, and walnuts. Finish with a layer of gingerbread. The fruits can vary (banana will add softness to the flavor).
Step 7
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (I recommend leaving it overnight). Then invert onto a plate, remove the plastic wrap. Garnish with slices of strawberries and grated chocolate.
