- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Fresh Berries - 10.6 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 10.6 oz
- Serviceberries - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Crush the cookies and mix with the butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan lined with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin. Wash and sort the berries. Mash the cottage cheese with the powdered sugar, add the yogurt and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly. Heat the soaked gelatin over low heat until dissolved, then stir it into the cottage cheese mixture. Fold in 500 grams of berries.
Step 3
Spread the berry cream over the crust, smooth it out, and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Decorate the cake with the remaining berries and, if desired, with lemon balm leaves.
