No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.9 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
- Whipped Cream - 7 fl oz
- Fresh Berries - 9.9 oz
- Graham Crackers - 3 cups
- Butter - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 347°F.
Step 2
In a blender, crush the cookies into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Stir and press into the bottom of a pie dish.
Step 3
Using the back of a spoon, firmly pack the mixture and bake for 10 minutes until the crust begins to brown. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely while preparing the filling.
Step 4
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add the whipped cream and gently fold in to avoid deflating.
Step 5
Spread the filling over the cooled crust. Top with blueberries.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully chilled. Serve (in addition to fresh blueberries, you can use blueberries, as well as frozen berries cooked with sugar or jam).
