Description

You can substitute the fermented baked milk with yogurt.

  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Banana - 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sesame Seeds - 0.4 oz
  • Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Oat Bran - 0.9 oz
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Fermented Baked Milk - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the fresh carrot. If a lot of juice comes out, squeeze it out.

Step 2

Grind the oat bran (to a flour-like consistency) and sesame seeds in a blender.

Step 3

Beat the egg, add the carrot, all the dry ingredients, and milk. Mix well.

Step 4

Cook the cake layers in a dry skillet on both sides.

Step 5

For the cream, blend the banana with the fermented baked milk, and assemble the cake.
