- Carrot - 1 piece
- Banana - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sesame Seeds - 0.4 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Oat Bran - 0.9 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Fermented Baked Milk - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the fresh carrot. If a lot of juice comes out, squeeze it out.
Step 2
Grind the oat bran (to a flour-like consistency) and sesame seeds in a blender.
Step 3
Beat the egg, add the carrot, all the dry ingredients, and milk. Mix well.
Step 4
Cook the cake layers in a dry skillet on both sides.
Step 5
For the cream, blend the banana with the fermented baked milk, and assemble the cake.
