- Shortbread Cookies - 3.5 oz
- Nuts - 1.8 oz
- White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 17.6 oz
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the shortbread cookies into fine crumbs using a blender.
Step 2
Combine the white chocolate and butter and melt them together in a water bath.
Step 3
Chop the nuts finely.
Step 4
Mix the cookies with the nuts into the chocolate mixture.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture into a springform pan and level it out. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Soak the gelatin for 30 minutes, then melt it in a hot water bath (do not bring to a boil).
Step 7
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and combine it with the gelatin.
Step 8
Chill the cream, combine it with sugar, and then whip it with a mixer.
Step 9
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 10
Spread the resulting cream over the chilled base and level it out.

Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Before serving, decorate the top of the cheesecake with berries (frozen berries can be used).
