No-Bake Cheesecake with Marsala and Oranges
Ingredients
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 5.3 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Marsala - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Cream (40%) - ½ cup
- Oranges - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a food processor, crush the cookies into crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and add softened butter, mixing well. Press into a round springform pan (20 cm diameter) and spread evenly. Place in the refrigerator to set.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the cheese with sugar using a mixer. Add the Marsala and vanilla. In another bowl, whip the cream, then fold it into the cheese mixture. Pour over the crust and return to the refrigerator for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the oranges and carefully cut out the segments.
Step 4
Garnish the cheesecake with oranges and serve immediately.
