No-Bake Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - 17.6 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 8 tablespoons
- Butter - 6.3 oz
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 1 cup
- Yubileynoye Cookies - 28.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the milk and cocoa.
Step 2
Add softened butter to the mixture and knead until a lump forms.
Step 3
Make a syrup from water and sugar, and let it cool.
Step 4
Gradually pour the syrup into the mixture of milk, cocoa, and butter. Mix the cream.
Step 5
Line the mold with plastic wrap.
Step 6
Dip the cookies in milk (not too much!) and layer them, spreading cream in between.
Step 7
Leave in the refrigerator to set.
Step 8
Once the cake is set, remove it from the mold and decorate.
