- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies and nuts into crumbs.
Step 2
Melt 200 grams of chocolate with the butter in a water bath, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into the dry mixture, mix until homogeneous, and press into a mold.
Step 4
Melt 100 grams of chocolate in a water bath, then add the milk, mix, and pour over the cookie layer in the mold.
