Description
Numerous experiments with cottage cheese led to the perfect French-style cottage cheese from a common grocery store with 3.2% fat content.
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 26.5 oz
- "Jubilee Cookies" - 10 pieces
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Freshly brewed green tea - 1 cup
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly - 1 packet
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the cream until very thick.
Step 2
Drain any liquid from the cottage cheese, if present, and add the cottage cheese to the cream, whipping until smooth.
Step 3
Dissolve 10 g of gelatin in a very small amount of water (no more than a quarter cup of water is sufficient), heat over low heat without boiling. The gelatin should dissolve completely.
Step 4
Slowly pour the slightly cooled gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture while continuing to whip.
Step 5
Add sugar to taste.
Step 6
Brew coffee or dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Flavored coffee (vanilla, caramel, etc.) works well too. Pour into a saucer.
Step 7
Quickly dip the cookies in coffee on both sides and place them at the bottom of the mold. Undipped cookies also work very well.
Step 8
Pour a third of the mixture over the cookies.
Step 9
Add the berries.
Step 10
Pour another third of the mixture.
Step 11
Add another layer of cookies.
Step 12
Pour the remaining mixture evenly on top.
Step 13
Place in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight. Transfer to the refrigerator.
