- Biscoff Cookie Butter - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Nuts - 0.9 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 7 fl oz
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 15.9 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Cream - 10 fl oz
- Grapefruits - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies and mix with the butter. Press the mixture into a springform pan and sprinkle with nuts. Place the crust in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in 100 ml of water and mix with the grapefruit juice and 125 grams of sugar. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, and half of the grated zest. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Whip the cream and mix it with the cream mixture, then spread it over the crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Garnish the dessert with grapefruit slices and lemon wedges.
