No-Bake Milk Cake
Ingredients
- Cookie - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Nutella® - 4 tablespoons
- Caramel Syrup - 4 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Hazelnut - 3.5 oz
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the base (cookies, 100 grams of butter, and Nutella). Line a 20–23 cm diameter mold with parchment paper. Spread the prepared mixture on the bottom and press it down tightly. Also, create high sides. Place the mold in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2
Make caramel at home. For this, place a closed can of condensed milk in boiling water and cook for 3 hours.
Step 3
Bring fresh milk along with butter, sugar, and vanilla to a boil. Let it cool. Blend the cooled mixture with powdered milk until creamy (without lumps).
Step 4
Chop the nuts.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate with the cream in the microwave for 2 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the nuts and mix.
Step 6
Pour half of the milk cream onto the cooled base, then layer the caramel. Top with the remaining milk cream. Place the mold in the refrigerator to let the filling set. Then apply the chocolate-nut glaze and refrigerate the finished cake for another 2–3 hours.
