Description
No-Bake Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
- Clarified Butter - 2.1 oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 5.3 oz
- Strawberry - 8.8 oz
- Dessert Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Gelatin - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take all ingredients except for the cream out of the refrigerator in advance so they reach room temperature.
Step 2
Line the bottom and sides of a 19 cm springform pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
Crush the cookies into crumbs (you can use regular cookies instead of chocolate and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa to the crumbs), mix in the melted butter in portions, and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan, then place it in the refrigerator.
Step 4
In hot (but not boiling) milk, thoroughly dissolve the gelatin, then cool the mixture to room temperature. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cottage cheese, and sugar with a mixer until the sugar dissolves, then add the strawberries cut into small cubes, stirring in the dissolved gelatin in a thin stream, mix well, and place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until it starts to set slightly.
Step 5
Whip the cream into a fluffy foam, take the jelly out of the refrigerator, stir until smooth, add the cream, and gently mix. Pour the finished mousse into the pan over the cookie base.
Step 6
Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight until fully set.
Step 7
The next day, remove the sides of the pan, carefully peel off the parchment from the sides, and gently transfer the cake to a plate.
Step 8
Decorate the finished cake with sliced strawberries and grated chocolate.
