No-Bake Walnut Brownies
Ingredients
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 14.8 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.1 oz
- Unbleached flour crackers - 2½ cups
- Chopped almonds - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a 22x22 cm square pan with butter.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped chocolate. Place over low heat and melt until smooth. Then cook, stirring, for about 8–10 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add the crushed crackers and half of the walnuts.
Step 4
Spread into the pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with the remaining walnuts.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set. Then cut into squares.
