- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Kefir - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, adding the flour in portions last, and knead a soft dough. Roll the dough out to a thickness of at least 1 cm.
Step 2
Cut into strips, twist into spirals, and connect them into rings. You can also make different shapes. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the donuts on both sides.
Step 3
Place the donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
