Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Almond - 8.8 oz
- Candied fruits - 4.4 oz
- Ground clove - ½ spoons
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ spoons
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind half of the almonds into flour and chop the other half with a knife.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs well with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Mix all the almonds, candied fruits, and spices together, then add to the egg mixture. If the batter is too runny, you can add a little flour.

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Drop the dough onto the tray using a spoon. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
To prepare the glaze, mix powdered sugar with 2–3 tablespoons of water. Coat the warm gingerbread with the glaze and decorate.
