- Hazelnut - 5.3 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Milk - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the nuts in a food processor, removing the brown skin beforehand. Add flour, sugar, and softened butter, and knead into a uniform dough. If necessary, add a few tablespoons of milk. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Roll the dough into cylinders with a diameter of 2 cm, cut into squares, and roll into balls. Place them on a greased and floured baking sheet, and bake at 302°F until the cookies are covered with a golden crust and become crispy.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, dip the bottom of the cookie into it, and stick it to another one.
