Description
In shape, it's a pie, but in essence, it's a dense and heavy mass of nuts and dried fruits. The binding agents are sweetened orange juice and a bit of flour—just 150 grams for 10 servings of this pie. It's a true concentrate of calories, capable of boosting energy levels in just minutes. Recipe by Mary Johnson from a popular American restaurant.
