Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 13.4 oz
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Lard - 1.4 oz
  • Water - 4 tablespoons
  • Almond Candy Coating - 5.3 oz
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 2.1 oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Raisins - 3.5 oz
  • Brandy - 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Knead the dough from flour, butter, and lard with cold water. Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 3

Crush the almond cookies into crumbs. Mix with breadcrumbs, chopped walnuts, and sugar.

Step 4

Wash the grapes and cut them.

Step 5

Roll out half of the dough on a floured surface and place it in a pie dish.

Step 6

Top with the filling of nuts and grapes. Drizzle with brandy and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 7

Roll out the remaining dough, cover the filling with it, and pinch the edges. Brush the surface of the pie with egg yolk and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Step 8

5 minutes before it's done, sprinkle the surface of the pie with powdered sugar.
