Ingredients
- Chopped almonds - 15 pieces
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1 cup
- Walnuts - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Almond - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - on the tip of a knife
- Boiling water - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Strawberry - 1 piece
- Grapefruits - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the almonds.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the dried cranberries.
Step 3
Chop the walnuts finely.
Step 4
Mix the almond and wheat flour with the eggs.
Step 5
Add vanillin, baking soda (dissolved in boiling water) to the batter and mix.
Step 6
Add sugar to the batter and mix.
Step 7
Add the nuts to the batter and mix.
Step 8
Drain the dried cranberries in a sieve, let them drain, and add to the batter. Mix thoroughly.

Drain the water from the almonds and dry them. Cut some into slices for decoration, chop the rest finely and add to the batter. Mix thoroughly.

Place the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. When serving, decorate with powdered sugar, almond slices, and berries.
