Description

You can use any nut flour instead of almond flour.

Ingredients

  • Almond Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Coconut flour - 1.1 oz
  • Psyllium - 1.4 oz
  • Water - 8 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Sesame Seeds - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Baking Powder - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the sesame seeds.

Step 2

Pour in the cup of warm water (about 104°F), vinegar, and oil.

Step 3

Form a ball of dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Then shape the dough into a log and cut it into equal pieces.

Step 5

Form the buns and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.
