  • Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Cream - 3 fl oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped almonds - 8.8 oz
  • Chocolate 53% - 10.6 oz
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • 10% cream - 12.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160–338°F.

Step 2

For the batter, mix the olive oil, fresh cream, milk, and eggs. Add the flour, previously mixed with baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.

Step 3

Pour the batter into a greased pan with olive oil and bake for about 45 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the batter from the oven and let it cool.

Step 5

For the glaze, break the chocolate into pieces. Mix the cream with honey and bring it to a boil. Pour this hot mixture over the chocolate and stir thoroughly until smooth, until the chocolate is completely melted.

Step 6

Pour the mixture over the cooled cake and spread it evenly over the surface.

Step 7

Place in the refrigerator to cool.
